Canada Post Strike Update
In preparation for the upcoming Canada Post strike all orders are being shipped via UPS and Purolator.
Shipping Policy
We’re thrilled to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $100 CAD, and in the US on all orders over $200 USD.
For Canadian orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD applies. For U.S. orders under $200 USD, shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 USD.
We aim to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment. We will contact you via email once your order has shipped with the tracking information.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and or UPS. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, etc.
We are unable to ship outside of North America at this time.
Undeliverable Packages
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, The Cotton County is not responsible if it is lost. If the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
